Leave the car in your own private off street parking space and walk down to South Fremantle with all its character and funky cafes only a short stroll down the hill. 10 minutes of pleasant walking takes you to our beautiful child friendly beach, the yacht club and the free catbus service departing every 10 min. Then a 7 minute ride for getting in to the centre of Fremantle, the maritime museum, cinemas, restaurants, night clubs and the famous cappuccino strip. Local shops are the best stockist of organic high quality produce in town open till late 7 days a week. The supermarket, post office and Gelati ice-cream shops another few minutes' walk down the road

22 Livingstone apartment is a fully self contained apartment with all kitchen and cooking utensils well catered for. We live within short distance from rental and will be happy to help out with any queries or questions our guests might have. We are also equally happy to provide total privacy after the initial handing over of keys and welcome. At times key will be left in mailbox if that is required. We are available on mobile phone to attend to any needs guests might have. If momentarily busy we will respond to calls as soon as possible. We are Happy to offer advice on activities in the area or Perth/WA greater area, such as public transport, car hire, trips down South, wildlife parks, cafes, restaurants or whatever might be needed.

Everything you need near by. Good holiday spot. Good value for money you expend. Good attractions near by to visit. Very peaceful environment. Off street parking gives you good security for your vehicle.

take your time to explore the area, lots to see and enjoy with family and friends.the accommodation was just a short walk to great food and entertainment

About the neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is quaint and friendly. Most people have vegies and fruit trees on their verges and gardens. Great area to explore by foot. A view platform to enjoy Sunrise, sunset, moonrise and ocean views only 3 minutes away. Cute playground for kids, follow the stairs down. Walking west down into South Fremantle through quiet streets with unique Heritage cottages and cute gardens, distinctly Fremantle. Public transport only 5 minutes down the hill where you will find IGA supermarket and Peaches, one of the best organic food supplier in Perth. A 10-15 minute walk takes to the South tce with cafes galore and plenty of great restaurants to choose from. A 20-30 minute walk takes you into Fremantle and train station with access to Perth.
Getting around
Public transport 5-7 minutes walk down the hill.
Transperth Bus is closest. If you walk on due west direction South Beach for another few minutes you have the free cat bus. Both will take you to the Fremantle train station with easy access to Perth city, airport etc.

Car is needed to access wildlife parks, Perth Hills and other more remote areas around Perth. If just exploring local beaches and city life, some parks like Kings park near Perth city, public transport is adequate.

Ferry: Fremantle Harbour: 4.2 km
From Airport by car take Leach HWY to Carrington road. Turn left into Carrington, continue until second lights Lefroy road.Now turn right into Lefroy continue until top of Hill with little red Church, first view of Ocean. Turn Left into Livingstone street. Continue down Livingstone until you find 22 on the left side approx. 100 meters down.
