About the neighbourhood
The wonderful West End is a visual delight. Historical buildings and facades with busy working cafes and galleries interspersed throughout. A short walk (1-5 min) will take you to the Fremantle esplanade, Fisherman's harbour, museums, Fremantle town centre, Bathers Beach, and The University of Notre Dame.
Getting around
Within walking distance to many local Fremantle tourist attractions and eateries, beach and local shopping. Take the free CAT bus to more distant Fremantle attractions. Cycle/ walk along the banks of the Swan river or up or down the coast. The Fremantle train station and ferry terminal are within walking distance to give you access to Perth CBD, Mandurah, and the stunning West Coast beaches and Rottnest Island. Private car space on the property if you choose to drive yourself to many of the wonderful tourist areas further afield such as the Swan Valley, Penguin Island or the bush walks through many of Perth's parks and Nature Reserves.
