We would like to recommend this apartment to anyone demanding spacious and flexible stay; it’s perfectly suitable for long term business travellers as well as for the small family (up to 4 members) visiting Prague for a couple of days. We also offer discounted airport / train station transfers - please, contact us for more details! Children under 2 years stay free of charge. Children at the age of 2-12 years stay for a charge of 10 EUR per night. Please, do not include them in the number of guests in your reservation, just announce that they are travelling with you. You will pay for their stay during your check-in.

Thank you for treating the property like it was your home. We only have a few simple rules: 1) Please don’t smoke in the apartment. 2) We kindly ask you not to disturb other tenants with parties, loud music or noises. Especially after 10 PM. 3) Check-in is held directly at the residence. The office is open 24/7. You can leave key cards in the apartment when you leave.

Spacious upscale apartment in great location
You can't beat the apartment or the location. The apartment is spacious, modern, nicely furnished with housekeeping. AC is good for hot summer months. Close walking distance to historic city center, Charles Bridge, and many cafes and shops. We had the top floor, so felt very private. Security is good. There is someone at the desk 24 hours if you need anything.

How to get there
The closest METRO station is called „Narodni trida“ (yellow line, B) and is reachable about 5 minutes of walk from the apartment. The closest TRAM station „Narodni divadlo“ is only 1 minute far. In order to get to the apartment from the AIRPORT, take the bus n. 100 and take off at the seventh stop - „Zlicin“ station. Get in the metro, take a ride for 11 stops and get off at the „Narodni trida“ station. To get to the apartment from the main TRAIN STATION „Hlavni nadrazi“, take one stop with the metro („Hlavni nadrazi“ – red C line) and get off at „Florenc“ station. Then change to the yellow metro line (B) and get off at the third stop („Narodni trida“). If you want to get to the apartment from the main BUS STATION Florenc, please, take three stops with the metro („Florenc“ – yellow B line) and get off at „Narodni trida“ station. The parking in the centre of Prague is either restricted only for the residents (blue lots) or is dedicated for short term parking (orange/green lots). The cost of short term street parking is 1-2 EUR/hour, depending on location. Long term parking is available in the public garage National Theatre which is about 2-3 minutes of walk from your apartment. The price is 20-25 EUR/day, depending on the length of your stay. If you need parking, let me know before your arrival, I will help you find the most convenient solution.
