Interaction with guests:Â We provide personal check ins for all our guests. This involves detailed over view of all equipment in the apartment, a map with info regarding your exact location in relation to all tourist attractions, shops etc. We can also recommend and arrange tours for you and arrange taxi transfer to and from the apartment.
Check ins are carried out by enthusiastic local both czech and expats who all have at least ten years experience in tourism and a wealth of local knowledge. We are happy to share this knowledge with our guests in the form of insights as well as a host of restaurant recommendations in your neighborhood and beyond. I am also in touch with guests by phone/email throughout your stay to answer questions.
We can highly recommend this apartment and the customer service levels were exceptional in regard to the pre- booked taxi and being met at the accommodation. Beautifully clean and secure and a great location as a base for seeing Prague. Everything you could ask for in regard to self catering ,nice to have a coffee in the morning and there is a bakery a few doors up from the apartment. We had a lovely weekend in Prague BUT now tourism has now reached saturation point (I was here @ 15 years ago) and we did encounter some unfriendly service and very poor customer service in restaurants, bars and shops. It is also fairly expensive so do your research before wandering into restaurants and bars and we actually walked out of a couple as slow service, no smiles and quite frankly rude. Lots of stag and hen parties in the old town but they were friendly and good humoured which at times was at odds with some of the surly locals. If you are going to visit , stay at these apartments, excellent!!!

So good we were tempted to stay indoors
This is a large, beautiful, clean, comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a special location - overlooking the Charles Bridge on one side and with a view up to the castle on the other - and only five minutes walk from the trams at the Lesser Town Square. When it rained during our visit we were more than happy to stay "at home" and relax.
The immediate area was also blessedly quiet at night. Communication from the owners was excellent, and they arranged a transfer from the airport on our arrival with a driver who helpfully stopped at one of the rare ATMs in Prague that do not charge for their use.

Fantastic apartment in a great location.
We’ve just got back from a short break in Prague and can’t recommend this apartment highly enough. It’s a fantastic apartment, perfectly located with Charles Bridge, a selection of restaurants, places of interest, supermarket and bakery all within a few minutes walk. The views are amazing with Charles Bridge and the canal from the bedrooms, and the castle and cobbled streets from the living room. The apartment was extremely spacious and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We were met by Ilan who explained how everything worked and also took time to recommend good restaurants and places to visit. The personal touch made such a difference. We would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic Apartment in great location.
We loved this apartment. It was in a fantastic location on the canal just under the St Charles Bridge. We could walk to the new and old town from there and to the Prague Castle. We wanted for nothing in the apartment, it was clean with a mix of old world charm and modern conveniences. We enjoyed going back to the apartment for breaks and at the end of a long day. The book store next door was a bonus and we could grab a boat ride within minutes. ATM around the corner along with restaurants and quiet bars. Excellent management who was responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this apartment and wish I could go back. We could see the castle from our window.

Good location
We stayed in the apartment for a few days in November for my 40th birthday. The apartment is in a very good location, right by the Charles bridge and walkable to most of the sights. It is comfortable and warm and spacious. The furniture is also very tasteful and the views great. The only downside to our stay was arriving and not having any milk or drinks available. I usually like to have a coffee after travelling at least and I sort of expected a welcome pack especially as I had said it was my birthday treat, anyhow the apartment was good :)

Look no further for accommodation in Prague! This is exceptional!
We could not have loved our accommodation in Prague anymore! Hugely spacious, lovely views from bedrooms to the Charles Bridge and Canal and from the front down on to the cobblestone streets in the old town. Very very comfortable, large living area, two bathrooms and great kitchen with dining room and all immaculately clean!
Easy booking process and all information we could possibly require was provided when we checked in.
Beds were comfortable, quiet location but still within easy reach of everything you could want to see in Prague. So close to the bridge that it is possible to either go early in the morning for a lovely walk and photo opportunities without the crowds or to go at night for the same. Highly highly recommend - if you are going to Prague look no further than this beautiful accommodation.

Hard to imagine a better stay in Prague
Hosts Ilan and Veronika were gracious and responsive. The apartment is spacious and the location wonderful. On the quieter, less densely populated side of the river but convenient walking distance to all attractions. Good restaurants in all price ranges nearby. Highly recommend.
