This delightful getaway is the ideal gateway to the South West region's wine makers and surf beaches. Located on 3 acres of parkland, 200m from the beautiful Geographe Bay Beach, Geographe Getaway lies midway between Dunsborough and Busselton.
The house is air conditioned, fully furnished and self contained and is both comfortable and relaxing, secluded and secure. The water is filtered to enhance its quality. Lots of room for the kids to kick a footy or play cricket, and there is plenty of parking for cars and boats.
Guests are welcome to consume what is available from the many fruit trees on the property.

I don't live close by but am available for any queries by mobile phone. I am represented by my agent - a very nice lady, Beverly, who is a neighbour. Bev will ensure the house is well presented and clean. As a long term resident she is very familiar with the local attractions and is happy to give guidance. When grounds maintenance is required I will be on site in a 2nb bungalow on the property, and available if guests desire contact. Whilst there I respect guests privacy.

About the neighbourhood
The location borders the famous Margaret River wine district and spectacular surf beaches. There are boutique tourist industries like chocolate, cheese, and olive oil factories, and art displays.. It is easily commutable to 3 golf courses, a large tennis club, surf beaches and many restaurants and cafés and a picture theatre. The district also caters for children activities and there is a sizable modern Adventure Playground near by.
Across the road and a short walk is the beautiful Geographe Beach, great for a swim or walk
For those that have medical concerns there are a number of medical centres and dental surgeries, Physio and Chiro centres and a modern hospital available.
Restaurants cover all types of food - fast food to a la carte.
Getting around
To fully enjoy the district, guests would need a vehicle. Public transport is limited to taxis, and buses that only connect to towns and the City of Busselton.
Hire cars can be obtained in Busselton if necessary. A 4x4 is not necessary for most situations.
There is a picturesque cycle path running past the property, linking Busselton to Dunsborough. Its a great ride to one of the many coffee shops en route.
To access the beach, cross Caves Rd and a short walk down Mitchell St.

Airport: Busselton Airport: 20.0 km
Travelling from Busselton towards Dunsborough, Geographe Gateway is located approx 11 kms from the Busselton CBD. The earthen drive way is on the LHS of Caves Rd, and is 200m past the Lenox Bridge over the Carbunup River. The house is 200m in from the road. Dunsbourough is a further 8 kms along.
There is plenty of parking around the house.
