Master bedroom has a dual entry bathroom from the master bedroom and the living area.

Ferry: Cowes Jetty: 1.0 km
From Melbourne: Take the Monash Freeway (M1) to the Cranbourne exit, turn into the South Gippsland Highway (M420). Continue on this route to the Bass Highway (A420) through Grantville, Bass & onto the bridge (San Remo) to Phillip Island. From the bridge (San Remo), continue on the main road (Phillip Island Road) for approx. 15km. Once you come to the second roundabout driving into Cowes (corner with Shell & BP petrol station) turn right onto Settlement Road and follow that for approx. 400 metres until you come to Shamrock Avenue where you turn left and the property is about 300 metres up on the right.
