Go back in time in this wonderful Australian freshly painted retro home offering lots of natural light with high ceilings and situated on south Bunbury's highest peak. Your pets are welcome with you or in a separate secure sleep-out adjoining the double enclosed garage. There is a semi secure grassed back yard which can be easily modified to make totally secure. The three double large bedrooms inc. generous built in robes. Full bathroom with separate bath plus an additional toilet and shower with hand rails off the laundry. An inbuilt reverse cycle air conditioner is in the main bed room plus a portable air conditioner for hot summer nights and an efficient gas heater in winter which heats efficiently the living areas. Everything you need is there including linen and towels. If you have forgotten anything there are many supermarkets and specialty stores in Bunbury plus the famous Bunbury Markets open 7 days a week. We will let you have your complete privacy so there is no need for personal contact however we are happy to answer all questions anytime by either text and phone. Please try to keep within day light hours :).
