This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom home is a favourite amongst travellers, especially being located 500m off the main street. Sleep in, take your time and make the most of the 12pm checkout. There's a toaster, kettle, oven, tea and coffee facilities, breakfast spreads, dining ware and more. All bedrooms come with brand new luxury Sheridan towels, 1,200 thread sheets, queen size mattresses, mattress protectors, ceiling fans, spare pillows, bed side lamps, iron and ironing board and electric blankets for those who like to be really cosy.  The bathroom has a soothing deep bath and seperate shower. The toilet and vanity are seperate again, making it ideal for getting lots of people ready at once. Bedroom 1 and 2 have the added luxury of an ensuite with lockable doors for extra privacy. Save space in your suitcase for shopping as we provide you with toiletries, hair dryer and straightener. Families and large group bookings are our speciality. Bedroom 3 can be set up with a cot, and we provide a security gate for the stairs. We have a stroller, high chair, toddler toys, pool toys, free wifi, board games, picture story books and Netflix, making traveling with children a breeze. A vehicle is optional. It’s a 15 minute walk into Echuca. There's a bus stop across from the driveway and we also have bikes for hire (more information in 'guest access'). Echuca and Moama has plenty of clubs/restaurants with courtesy buses running throughout the day and night.  Below is a list of some amenities you may be looking for. Security lights located in the carport, driveway and front door, ensuring safe and secure access. Guest Access You have private access to the entire first floor and carport. Stairs to the first floor are located directly inside the front door. Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for eg. 1-2 guests = 1 room. 1 queen size bed 3-4 guests = 2 rooms. 1 queen size bed 5-6 guests = 3 rooms. 1 queen size bed (cot available upon request/charges) 7-8 guests = 3 rooms + queen size electric blow up mattress set up in loungeroom. Base price is for two people (1 room).  $50 per person per night after this rate. If additional rooms are needed they will be charged to cover laundry and cleaning fees. Long weekends and special events have 3 and 4 nights minimum. Pool and BBQ area can be accessed within pool times 9am-8pm. Located on the first floor you have private access to this centrally located townhouse. The host lives on the ground floor however the two floors are separated so you'll only have access to the first floor. Bike Hire 2 x Men's mountain bike for hire. 2 x Women's mountain bike for hire. Helmets (medium and large sizes) and safety lock chain included in hiring. All bikes come with drink bottle holder, bell, reflectors and adjustable seats. Women's bikes have baskets attached to the front.  $25 per bike hired for duration of your stay. Host Availability We aim to make your stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. This was an awesome place to stay! It was super comfortable, with quality linen provided. The apartment had everything we needed, including extra things like cereals and bread, and on a hot day Jessica the property manager even brought over icy poles for the children....More

The front door is around the corner from the carport (drive into driveway and turn right and then you'll see the front door). There is a padlock with the key inside it attached to the front door. Lift the black cover to access code number pad. Code is 868. There is a full house manual and tourist information folder with brochures on the fridge.
