Penysarn is a small community village NE Anglesey 1.7 miles south of Amlwch , The village developed to support the copper milne and tbe cottage is on the heritage footpath after a long journey restore your senses and walk up to the parys mountain or meander down to porth llaneilian 1.7 miles or Amlwch port 2.5miles
The cottage was built 1804 and is of stone construction.
Off road parking off single track lane for one vehicle. Drive is shared with property owners who live in adjoining annexe.

A lovely stay in a beautiful cottage full of art and interesting pieces. Quiet but a short drive will reward you with the most amazing beaches and walks. Would recommend The Boat House at Red Wharf Bay for lovely food and good atmosphere.

A quiet area local village supports a shop and combined post office
The cottage is on heritage footpath- which will take you up to Parys mountain - turn right up through the village and greet the coastal path.
Porth Llaneillian, is a lovely unspoilt shingle cove with light house approx 1.7miles away as is Lligwy beach a blue flag beach
This is a fabulous area for walkers.

The cottage is on the 'heritage footpath' you can walk up to Parys mountain from the cottage gate if you turn left, turn right from cottage gate up through the village and you pick up the 126 miles coastal path .
Cemaes bay is the most northerly village in Wales approx 20 min drive
Bull bay golf club approx 7 min drive/ 20 min walk
Moelfre offers coast/ fishing/ pub/bistro approx 15 mins drive
Bus services weekdays 7-5 every 30mins evenings and weekends every two hours
Beaumaris approx 30 mins also Holyhead
Please check out day trips to Dublin from holyhead - great experience but exhausting!
