Located in a late 1890's heritage building, in the heart of Port Chalmers' historic precinct. Specialty shops, cafes, amenities are minutes away and you can stroll 10 minutes to picturesque Historic Carey's Bay Hotel which overlooks the water and fishing boats.
The recently renovated Port Chalmers Maritime Museum a 1 minute walk.
Dunedin Stadium 10 minutes by car.

Lovely, comfortable, well equipped appartment in Port Chalmers. Great location for visiting the Otago region and within 10 minute drive to Central Dunedin. On-site owners are very friendly and helpful. No hesitation in recommending this lovely place.

About the neighbourhood
The Heritage building containing the apartment is situated off Port Chalmers' main street and neighbours the Port Chalmers town hall and other late
Victorian buildings. Cruise ships, container ships and cranes working on the port can be viewed from the apartments front windows. At the rear is a
private sunny courtyard with a lovely view up to the refurbished Iona church and it's gorgeous reconditioned clock.
We free bike hire for guests and there are plenty of walking tracks with fantastic views of the harbour. Aramoana beach is a 15 min drive north and shellfish is abundant, we'll tell you the best spots to collect from. Also, there's plenty of wildlife, sea lions come ashore at Aramoana and neighbouring beaches.
