Such a find in the city! A safe, quiet haven... walking distance to everything important in Hamilton. Next door to world class Gymnasium, cafes, bars, restaurants and kms of wonderful river trails. Centrally located but so quiet and safe. You will not be disappointed!
The unit is below owners apartment and has its own access. You wont see owner unless you have a concern... privacy is always respected.
The garden courtyard is quiet and restful... an ideal spot to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.
Kitchen is self catering... shower is invigorating, towels are fluffy and the bed is comfy. And absolutely no traffic noise! A restful retreat in the heart of the city.
If you are in Hamilton for a special event, let me know and I will pop a bottle of wine in your fridge,

About the neighbourhood
Hamilton is a central hub for day trips to places like Waitomo Caves, Rotorua, Hobbiton, Tauranga and Raglan. You will need a car to get to these places,.
In Hamilton itself you may enjoy a boat tour on the Waikato river... or you may wish to walk or cycle the 10 or so kms of river paths. Hamilton Gardens is well worth a visit and it's free. Waikato Museum is interesting and there is a Classic Car Museum 5 or 10 minutes drive from the unit. Zoo is fun... try and go at feeding time. Casino... 10 minutes walk Taitua Arboretum Hamilton Lake... lovely 4km walk around it and cafe to replenish. (lisenced) Lido Cinema is 10 minutes walk in Centreplace... great on a rainy day.
Main bus terminal is 10 minutes walk from the unit. You can catch buses to anywhere really (Except direct to Waitomo Caves.... that takes 2 different buses)
Frankton Railway Station is 10 minute drive away.

Parking is safe, off street, down a long driveway, outside my apartment.
For those without transport, the unit is a 10 minute walk from Hamiltons' main Bus Terminal, or you can catch the free inner city shuttle from opposite the bus station and it will bring you to within 200m of my place.
The free shuttle circles the main street of Hamilton (Victoria st and Anglesea st) every 10 minutes.
There Is A Golf Course Within 30 Mins Drive, Nearest Beach: 46.0 km.
