Arrival There is no reception on site, so someone has to travel across town to the property to meet you with the keys. Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times: 6:00am - 9:30am and 6:00pm - 9:00pm will be charged at $25.00 net; 9:00pm - 6:00am will be charged at $55.00 Very early check-in can only be secured well in advance by either booking the night before, or by paying an extra half-day rate; depending on the time of arrival. We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We generally check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.
