NOISE & UNRULY PARTIES In the event if you cause unreasonable and excessive noise, interfere with residents enjoyment of their lots and/or common property, create health and safety hazards, damage a lot or common property, obstruct common property, you will be liable to pay fines of up to AU$1,100 and/or compensation of up to AU$2,000 to affected residents for loss of amenity enforced by the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and the Owners Corporation. SMOKING If evidence of smoking is found during your stay or right after you check-out, you will be subject to a fine of AU$200 for the the removal of odours, debris and such. We had a great stay at the apartment. Location was great, very central. Very clean and tidy. Communication was great, made it very easy to check in and check out. Definitely recommend, can’t wait to stay again!

Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated across the road from Federation Square and only 400 meters away from Flinders St railway station. Only a stone throw away from Collins St, De Graves St and more! A short 12-15 min walk to the Rod Laver Arena, Hisense Arena, AAMI Park & The Melbourne Cricket Ground. There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.
How to get there
Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses and situated only 400 meters away from Flinders St station, getting around is not going to be a problem at all. There is also a tram stop just outside on Flinders St. Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the 'FREE tram zone' signs. If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.
