Recently renovated with a full kitchen, stone benchtops and a lovely bathroom, Pancho's Villa Estudio inspires thoughts of Mexico Spain and Morocco with gorgeous blue feature walls, and beautifully arranged artefacts selected on our trips around the globe . A split-system heater and air-conditioner keeps you warm in winter and cool in summer. We know it's the little things that really make a great stay, so we like to welcome you on the first day with a breakfast basket and a complementary bottle of wine. We stayed for a month and loved every day. Pancho's is uniquely styled with fabulous glass sculptures done by the owner both inside and out. It has everything you would need, with a comfortable Kingsize bed and fresh, crisp linen. It is close to the tram stop, and bus stops, so it is very easy to get around Melbourne this way. Great shower, plenty of hot water, enough room to cook and entertain one or two extra. We loved staying here; the owners couldn't be more helpful or delightful and little "Biko" welcomed us warmly! Own entrance off the street down a pretty brick pathway to the Villa. Quiet and peaceful. Definitely returning!
