Our 3bdrm 2.5bthrm townhouse is ideally located 5 minutes drive from the Darwin CBD and is one street back from the Stuart Highway. Easy and convenient access to local shops, a medical clinic, Officeworks and the Waterfront Precinct and the famed Parap and Mindil Beach Markets, as well as the Skycity Casino and local Cullen Bay restaurants.

Check -in time is 2pm and check-out 11am; should you wish to check out later (and it is available), then it will be billed at $10/hour in addition to your initial booking fee.

The ground floor contains, a fully fitted out kitchen including a dishwasher and a laundry with a washer and dryer. There is also a courtyard with a BBQ, eight seater table setting and clothes line. This Townhouse is amazing, so much bigger than we expected. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room. Very modern, and clean. The added extras such as bacon, eggs, milk juice, were very much appreciated. We arrived early and that was no problem...More

Maureen and her group took great care of our townhouse, and were exceptional guests. Very clean and tidy, and communication was excellent. Highly recommended for any future hosts.
