This pretty and well furnished and equipped holiday home with a swimming pool is situated only 20 m away from the sea on beautiful location in Povlja on the island of Brac. It comprises two apartments connected by external stairs. The lowest ceiling height is 180 cm. On the ground floor, there is a sauna and fitness area, while guests also have at their disposal a surf board and bicycles for exploring the area. On the first floor, there is a spacious terrace from which there is an unforgettable view on the sea and coast. On the terrace guest scan prepare delicious dishes from the barbeque. The centre of the place with various attractions is located only a few minutes of walk by the coast away. NEW !!!! Wonderful villa

This house fit our needs perfectly.

Lovely location, quiet, clean, modern facilities, and comfortable for all. We were met by the owner's parents, who were welcoming and kind. There were bikes available to use, a ping-pong table and pool, as well as right across the street from the sea.

About the neighbourhood
Today, there are approximately 400 people lives in Povlja today. These Povljans still grow olives, fish and make wine just as their ancestors did for so many centuries before but they see their future in tourism. Today the main industries in Povlja are fishing, quarrying, olive growing and, of course, tourism. Accommodation is available at the apartment complex 'Punta' (50 suites) - which has a terraced restaurant and a small disco. Povlja also offers a large variety of private accommodation with over 700 beds in a variety of quality apartments and rooms with suite bathrooms.
