## Space This lovely 2-bedroom duplex apartment set over two floors is situated just outside the centre of Vilamoura, in a quiet residential area. It is a 5-minute drive into the renowned marina of Vilamoura, with its trendy bars and restaurants. The marina is perfect for a gentle stroll in the winter sun or for something livelier during the summer months. There is something to suit everybody. On entering the apartment, you walk into the open plan lounge/dining room with patio doors taking you out to a small balcony, giving you views of the countryside. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with everything that you need, to cook up some of the local fresh produce that you can buy from the numerous markets in the Algarve. There is also a small bathroom on this level for your convenience. On the second floor, you have two bedrooms; the master bedroom has twin beds that can be joined together to create a super king bed. From this bedroom you can access the roof terrace, via patio doors, where you can sit and relax, enjoying a coffee in the morning sun or a pre-dinner cocktail before going to the main resort of Vilamoura in the evening. The second bedroom also has twin beds and access to a small balcony. There is also a large bathroom with bath and overhead shower. If you want to stay close to the apartment, you can simply relax around the shared pool within the complex and its landscaped gardens, taking advantage of the sunbeds that are provided. The apartment is also within walking distance of a small supermarket, a coffee shop, Brown’s sports bar and Paula’s restaurant/bar. ## Access Guests have access to the entire apartment for optimal privacy and space. ★ Fully equipped kitchen ★ Wifi and television ★ Linen and towels are provided PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is not suitable for children under the age of 12 years. ## Interaction This home is in the hands of Rental Valley, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! Please read it carefully before your arrival and let us know if you need anything or have any questions. ## Neighborhood Just a 5-minute drive or a 30-minute walk from the apartment, you have the popular Falesia beach, one of the best beaches in the Algarve. It stretches from Vilamoura all the way to the popular resort of Olhos de Agua situated near to Albuferia. Just 5 minutes from Vilamoura is Quarteira, a coastal Portuguese town with its’ long sandy beach, backed by tall white buildings. The original fishing community remains and freshly caught fish is served at eateries along the palm-lined promenade of Avenida Infante de Sagres. Quarteira’s weekly market has stalls selling items such as handbags and clothing. This apartment is situated in the centre of the Algarve giving you perfect access to explore. The popular Aquashow theme park is just a short drive from the apartment in Quarteria. If you come to the Algarve regularly or if it’s your first time, this is the perfect place for you to relax or explore some of the wonderful Portuguese culture. ## Transit But bus and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended. Should you decided not to hire a car there is a bus stop close to the apartment that will take you into the town and also links up with the main bus routes to throughout the Algarve and Lisbon. ## Notes ➤ Check-in time: 6 - 9pm After 10pm is possible but at your own risk - our support team might not be available after that hour. ➤ Check-out time: before 10am ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF).
