Located to the east of the city centre, Casa San Vicente is set in a small cul-de-sac with a private gatted entrance. A nice 3 bedroom townhouse located in a quiet square. Within walking distance to the wine bodegas, zoo, churches and Santiago(one of the Flamenco) districts of Jerez. The Flamenco muesem can be found close to Santiago too. The house is suited to 5 guests but there is also a pull out bed in the third bedroom, allowing for 6 guests if required. Excellent for families or groups of friends. There is a nice patio with a Lemon tree & Jasmin and large parasol with table and chairs to enjoy a book, chill with music, a beer or glass of wine in the sun or shade, as required.. About the neighbourhood
You will be staying on the outskirts of the town centre in a quiet area where locals live. There are a few small shops around and bars & cafés. The nearest supermarket is 900 metres (11 minutes walking) The zoo and Fundador bodega (wine cellar) are on your door step for visits and the short walk through the historic part of Jerez to it's centre is interesting and not seen by many tourists.
Getting around
A car is not needed if you plan to stay in Jerez as most sights and the centre are within walking distance. We reccommend a car if you want to visit other areas, the beaches, towns & cities nearby.
