Saint Julian's, Island of Malta
A new and modern furnished apartment in the most sought after area in St. Julian's. It is situated in a charming and quiet complex. Accommodation comprises of an open plan kitchen/ living/ dining, 2 bedrooms with balconies, main bathroom and luggage room.

Apartment enjoys ample natural light and is fully equipped and fully air-conditioned. A 37' LCD TV, WIFI internet and cable TV are available. Whether travelling on business or pleasure, whether a short or a long stay, our aim is to provide the most comfortable and enjoyable visit.

If you require something that is not listed as available (like DVD player, cot, etc) kindly do not hesitate to contact us and we will see if we can have it available for you.

We picked up a hire car at Malta airport assuming it would be easy enough to find apartment, but no! However Reuben who looks after things called us and was terrific, actually tracked us down in Valletta and guided us in, we couldn't have asked for more on arrival. The apartment is in a wonderful location so no worries there,...

Thanks for your review. However as explained by your heading and also by other guests in their reviews the apartment is in an excellent location. I don't think that the difficulty in finding the way from the airport on your part has anything to do with the apartment.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed. It was ideally situated near the local supermarket and the seafront .

Cildren over 7 years at €8 per night and children over 16 years at full price. Children under 7 years stay for free. We offer airport transfer on arrival (Terms and conditions apply). We allow a generous amount of units for water and electricity as part of our costs. Number of units granted are higher during peak season. Only abusive consumption is charged. Readings will be taken upon arrival and before departure and charges for any excess units will have to be settled immediately upon check out. For more information on the number of units granted, kindly contact us. One week rate refers to 7 nights. Different rates will apply for the festive season from 22nd December to 2nd January and during the Easter period. Rates are on request. For stays of one month and over, kindly contact us for a discounted rate. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am. Kindly note that terms and conditions apply for check ins after 8pm. A 7% VAT is payable on the total rent amount while in Malta.

St Julians is a town in Malta situated along the coast, north of the country's capital, Valletta. It is known for tourism-oriented businesses, such as hotels, restaurants and nightclubs which are centred mainly in an area known as Paceville. The town is subdivided into informal districts which are Paceville, Ta' ?iorni, Tal-G?oqod, St Andrew's, as well as the regions surrounding St George's Bay, Spinola Bay, Balluta Bay, and Il-Qaliet cliffs.
