ST JULIANS - The apartment is a 90m2 duplex apartment and includes on one level an open plan sitting/dining/ equipped kitchen leading to a terrace. A staircase leads to double bedroom with en suite bathroom ( shower ), a twin bedroom with terrace and a separate bathroom.
The property is fully air-conditioned. It has terraces with space for BBQ. The price includes Water & Electricity consumption, basic cable TV and Internet ( Wifi ). The property includes a Washing Machine , LCD 32' TV and DVD Telephone use is by top up card available from stationeries but incoming calls are free.
Optional Garage Space at an extra cost ( depending on availability )

Have stayed in two different apartments in Cloisters walk. Both are fantastic, with all amenities. From the moment of enquiry to leaving the apartment on the day of checkout nothing was a hassle. The property in the back streets just up from the LOVE sign at Spinola Bay is perfect for relaxing and in a perfect position to explore the...

We have visited Malta for the past 4 years and for the first time decided to rent an apartment rather than stay in a hotel. Without question the apartment in our opinion is a far better option and our future visits will without doubt be spent in an apartment. About the neighbourhood
St Julians is one of the Island's main coastal resort towns. It is a well sought after locality since it is associated with shopping, entertainment and café life. St. Julian's houses a number of Malta's five star hotels and top quality seafront apartments.

The sea front from Ta' Xbiex to St Julian's, offers stunning views of the Valletta fortifications and is ideal for a stroll or a jog. Paceville ( which is 10 minutes away from the apartment ) offers a vibrant nightlife to suit all tastes such as discotheques, piano bars and even a casino. Spinola Bay in St. Julian's, however, is still used by fishermen and you can savour the fresh catch of the day from the many restaurants in this area.

Getting to the apartment is simple. It is 2 minutes away from Spinola Bay. From Main Street ( Triq il- Kbira ) which is parallel to the seafront ( George Borg Olivier Street ) take a left to Carmel Street ( Triq il- Karmnu ) . Cloisters Walk is half way up the road.
