Twelve kilometres from Bergerac, and just five kilometres from the renowned Chateau and vineyards of Monbazillac. Also close to the medieval Bastide towns of Issigeac and Eymet.

The house is set in an acre of private land, surrounded by woods, farmland and vineyards. Tranquil setting with no other houses in sight, yet not isolated - the villages of Ribagnac and Bouniague are just 5km away, with boulangeirie, village stores and local restaurants.
