Set in a rural location in the grounds of an 18th century farmhouse with 1.5 acres of land. the Old Brewhouse is a delightful 2 bedroomed converted brewhouse which won a design award following completion. The accommodation comprises a ground floor double bedroom with adjoining bathroom and a first floor twin bedroom with adjacent shower room and toilet. There is room for a travel cot or third bed. On the ground floor there is a lounge separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar along with a separate dining room with an extending dining table which can seat six people. Double French doors lead to the patio area. The grounds are secure with children's play equipment available.
