Independent floor of the house: The entire 1st floor of the house at low cost. A perfect opportunity for families, companions or independent travellers. The house is a traditional Thassian building renewed from its fountains with wood and famous Kavala stone for the roof and has a front yard with a beautiful vineyard. An external ladder leads to the first floor, witch is completely independent. This floor has a hall, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms ( one smaller and one also used as living-room), a WC-bathroom and a balcony. Your mobile phones communicate properly in the area. It is located in the alleys of the small village Panagia. The village is a serene place with small waterfalls and traditional houses. It is a perfect destination for every season. It has small but sufficient market places and medical services. Although serene it is a special promenance destination for tourists and is an attraction escpesially during the religious fest of 15 August. The climate is very good not very hot (do not need air-conditionning) with no moisture, so few hours sleep will be sufficient for your resting and relaxation. There are no mosquitoes . It is located on the mountain but it is only 2km away from the sea shore of Golden beach (Agia Paraskevi-Chrissi Ammoudia), since Thassos is an Island with both mountain and beautiful sea shores, as well as full of plantation with beautiful smells and delicious traditional food, ancienties and friendly people. You can walk the village around and have a tour of the island dy bus. Thassos is ideal for suimming, fishing, water sports, nature trecking, yachting, scuba (URL HIDDEN) only takes 1 hour to travel by car around the entire island and it is 15-30 minutes away from Keramoti port and 30mins-1 hour from Kavala port, also accessible during winter months since its position does not allow for it to be influences by bad weather and sea conditions.
