Have stayed in this lovely house in November for 5 consecutive years so it feels very much like home. It is so well equipped, in great condition and is lovely and warm. The location is great for visiting Durham and Newcastle. As avid horse racegoers, we are in striking distance of many of the northern tracks. 5 stars every time!

The bed and furnishings are very comfortable. The cottage is very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed having meals in the conservatory. The cottage is conveniently located and yet very private. This has been our second stay and once again it's just perfect. For the first two days we chilled and didn't leave shutters. It was so cosy. Thank you Andrea for making it a wonderful break
