Bright and sunny house situated at the edge of the forest in the family friendly village of St Jean de Monts. The house consists of a large open-plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and access to sunny south-facing terrace. Patio furniture and sunbeds are provided. There are three bedrooms (one ensuite). Two bedrooms provide twin beds while the third provides a double bed and baby cot if required. A garage provides storage and doubles as a laundry room. The garden is private and secure with ample parking.
The excellent beach and modern promenade is 1km away and is easily accessible by foot or by bicycle through the forest. By contrast the village boasts a mediaeval church and regular market days. A swimming pool complex is located at the sea front.
