Among the 100 acres of woodlands there is a private lake, many foot paths and quiet picnic sites. The ground floor has one bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a private terrace. There is a well equipped modern kitchen and two separate spacious sitting rooms one with a large open fire place. The dining room seats 12 at oval wooden table. There are flat screen TVs, surround sound, a multi region DVD player and CD player with a connection for an ipod. A Wii is also provided. The second floor has four bedrooms, two with showers and two with large baths and separate showers. The third floor has a bedroom with its own terrace with breathtaking views, and a private bathroom on the floor below. The romantic cottage is ideal for couples and has a magnificent vista from its own terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Around the villa there are many separate terraces for dining and entertaining including a Mulberry shaded garden. A gorgeous swimming pool and outdoor area allows for complete relaxation and enjoyment in the sun. The poolside kitchen is equipped to prepare lunch/snacks for a large group. Lay back in the pool with a cool refreshing cocktail or lounge poolside under the umbrellas with a glass of wine. Underneath the pergola is a superb setting for either a romantic meal or an enjoyable gathering for the whole family. The main sitting room has plenty of space for the whole family with large couches from which you can enjoy the large LCD television with full satellite reception. The second sitting room gives the children their own space to relax in, where they can enjoy the satellite reception on the large screen LCD television or play on the Wii or Playstation.
