Lovely cottage - very well equipped, lots of character, feels like a real family home, perfect to come back to after a long day at the beach or exploring the other beautiful islands...and very comfy beds when it's time to rest. A real gem!

About the neighbourhood
The Scilly's are quite a unique group of Islands, some inhabited, some not, all with beautiful sandy beaches and lots of wildlife and seascapes.
Getting around
The Island has only six miles of road, so, for the most part, visitors prefer to walk. There is bicycle hire available, as well as Golf buggies for the days that it all seems a little too far. The cottage is also well located for the quay, which can be seen from the window, this is where all of the off-Island pleasure boats leave from and return to daily, making the cottage ideal for getting around.

Depending on the time of year there will be a few travel options; there is the Scillonian which will take you there by sea, this journey takes just under three hours and is a great way to see the Cornish coastline. There is the aeroplane and hopefully, soon the helicopter. Please visit the Steam Ship Company for further details on travel.
