Interaction with guests
The appartment and our house are 'back to back' and we are thus easily reachable in case of a requirement but we basically will keep out of your way unless you want us to be of help, give details about local activities or good adresses or, as has been known to happen, invite us over for a drink :-)

We were there for the month of July. We sought peace and quiet and hoped for a few cultural things as well. In fact the garden of the property was perfect for eating outside and sitting about reading and chatting. The flat was clean, spacious...More

About the neighbourhood
The village of Domazan is a well kept local secret... a small friendly place to nest while exploring the Provence.
The village itself is a typical winemaking village (21 independent family owned wineries of which some are really good) with a small café / bakery / shop / restaurant that is the centre of social life and where you can get your fresh baguette and croissants every morning from 7am.
The village is geographically situated in a triangle 'Avignon, Nimes, Uzes' and thus in easy reach (30 / 50 kms max) of almost all the Rhone Valley / Provence sights... The Côte d'Azur, the Ardêche, the Alps and others are all in easy reach of a day trip by car... Car which you will need as rural public transport is very sparse in France.

As stated in the amenities, smokers are welcome...
