A 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse in a great location. Master Bedroom and 2nd Bedroom are located upstairs with walk in closets and en suite bathrooms. 3rd bedroom is located downstairs with a bathroom right next to it which also acts as the guest bathrom.
The Living, Dining and Kitchen are open plan with a spacious breezy patio just off the Living Room. The bedrooms upstairs are air-conditioned and the Living/Dining are air-conditioned as well, however, the bedroom downstairs isn't air-conditioned but it is also the coolest bedroom in the house!

Located across the road from a couple of great surf spots - Freights - which is perfect for beginners and South Point which tends to be for the more advanced surfer. 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Miami (Enterprise) beach. Great location for families with kids.

The townhouse is located in a quiet gated community in a lovely part of the south coast of the island. It is just across the road from the ocean and a few minutes walk from the beach.
Getting around
You can get around without a car as buses do drive by, however, they are not that frequent which means that you may have to walk into Oistins, which is a 15 minute walk. I usually recommend hiring a car if you want to get around and see some of the island easily.
