The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a communal lawned area and access to a fishing loch. A delightful lodge with many walks and cycle routes in the area.

This area of coastline, known as the Colvend and Southwick shore has many rugged cliffs and secret bays, and there's walks and cycle routes in the area.
