The house is situated 10 min drive to one of Quindio's main attractions: Parque del Cafe. It is ideal for people who want to relax and unwind and explore the coffee country and its many beautiful natural wonders. It is only a 15 min drive from the El Eden airport and a 25 min drive to Armenia. Its location makes it ideal to explore the region on a daily basis, yet have time to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the house. Ideal for those interested in bird watching.
There are supermarkets nearby in the Pueblo Tapao and Tebaida villages, both approximately 10 min drive from the house.
Towels and linen are provided and changed once a week for those staying

You will be given the keys of the house and of the main gate, but there will always be someone to help if there are any issues with the house or to answer any questions you may have. Please bare in mind that it is the country side and the house is open so there will be bugs visiting especially after rain. The bedrooms have nets on the windows.

Perfect place for staying with the whole family, relaxing, beautiful weather, very clean, peaceful and safe. Close to all the tourist places in Quindio.

About the neighbourhood
The location of the house is ideal, just off the road that leads to Parque del Cafe. The gate is actually by the main road but the house is plenty of metres away from it. It is located between two towns within 5km reach.
La Tebaida is a bigger town with restaurants, cafes, butcher's, supermarkets, Internet cafe, ATM's, local shops, local market, pharmacies, hospital and petrol station just outside.
Pueblo Tapao is a smaller town but it has two supermarkets, cafes, internet room, butcher's, some restaurants and the petrol station right outside the town. There is a wonderful place to buy special coffee from farms across the region, roasted to your liking. It is called Cafe London. There is no ATM but there are at Parque del Cafe.
Getting around
A rental car will be necessary to move around in the region and visit all the many wonders the region has to offer.

Airport: El Eden Airport, Armenia: 8.0 km
The closest airport is Aeropuerto Internacional El Edén, situated 8 km approximately from the house. The house is located just off the main road that leads to Parque del Café but the entrance gate is on the main road.
There is plenty of space for parking many cars, the house rests on a very big piece of land.
