Evas House I is a clean, spacious, well maintained double fronted semi-detached house. It consists of a lounge, garden room, large kitchen diner and toilet on the ground floor, with a large family bathroom, 3 double bedrooms and a nursery on the first floor. There are gardens to the front and rear, fully enclosed to ensure small children are safe, and parking at the side of the property for 2-3 cars.

We have catered for children and babies, including a stair gate, fireguard, cot, changing table, baby monitor, bibs; and toys, children’s books and DVDs. However we are aware that not everyone has children so these facilities are tucked away in the nursery out of sight for those holiday makers without children. There are also books, games, jigsaws, CDs and DVDs for adults.

Unfortunately Trip Advisor now charge you up to 16% in addition to our rental cost for using the online booking facility. They also charge me! All I can suggest is that if you want to avoid these ridiculous charges then please send me an enquiry/message with your contact details and we can arrange the booking outside of Trip Advisor at the exact rates set within our advert, rather than with the additional costs Trip Advisor imposes. You can find our own website if you search for ‘evashouse’ on google (they won’t allow me to put the full website address on here).

We do not charge for pets, but please respect the property by keeping your pets clean from muddy paws, quiet, and do not allow them on the furniture. We also ask that the garden is not used as a dogs toilet.

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking, and full payment must be received 6 weeks prior to arrival. Unfortunately we also need to ask for a security deposit of £200 to be received at least 5 working days befo...
