About the neighbourhood
Nearby Ventnor Botanic Gardens 'Basks in the microclimate of The Undercliff', one of the great gardens of Britain and one of our favourite places.

We're sandwiched between the downs and the English Chanel and the views in this area are stunning.

The Telegraph featured Steephill Cove among 'The 20 best hidden beaches in the UK' and it's walking distance from our home!
Car not needed
How to get there
If driving, you will need to book a car ferry on either Red Funnel or Wightlink.

There's a bus stop within 50 yards from our house and a taxi rank a couple of hundred yards from our house (it's a small town though so there aren't always taxis there!).

Please note that we have no off-street parking. Nearby street parking is non-restricted during the winter (but not always easy to get a space) and restricted to one hour during the summer months. We tend to pull-up to the house to load/unload then move to one of the free 24 hour car parks within either a 3 minute or a 6 minute walk. Tourist parking permits can be purchased through the local council (we would be happy to arrange this for you).
Activities nearby
There Is A Golf Course Within 30 Mins Drive, There Are Tennis Courts Nearby, Nearest Beach: 0.2 km.
