The Stables cottage is a spacious 17th century barn conversion, attached to the Wall family home at Raygill Farm. The cottage has generous living areas and an attached courtyard entrance with separate large lawn garden and picnic area, perfect for family and friends enjoying games and BBQ's.

Raygill is set in beautiful Teesdale open countryside with rolling hills and surrounding woodland, minutes from the historic town of Barnard Castle and the river Tees.
The cottage has 4 bedrooms, including the master en-suite family room with a new luxury bathroom suite. A fully equipped open plan modern kitchen and large dining room, spacious living room with full size pool table, 3 bathrooms with 5 showers, laundry & drying room available, secure outdoor equipment storage ie. mountain bikes, canoes etc. (on request)

Had a very memorable stay at Raygills. Peter was very helpful and although there was a problem with the hot water he very quickly sorted it out. Would recommend the cottage but be prepared it's a working stables and all that comes with that.

Every year we come up to the Tees to kayak. Raygill farm is the perfect place for a large group of kayakers or walkers. Lots of space, large living room and kitchen. We cook a full English for 20 people no problems. Big showers and lots of parking space. Super close to Bernard Castle and the river. Peter is always...
