Holiday Rental House
The holiday cottages are situated in Baldersdale (made famous as the former home of Hannah Hauxwell), two miles from the village of Cotherstone, which has two excellent pubs and a village shop/post office. Holiday guests can enjoy nature walks around the estate, fishing on the estate and in nearby reservoirs, free-range eggs from the resident hens and seasonal food from the vegetable garden and orchard. We have just opened our new leisure facility, which currently boasts a 6 seater hot-tub, and an 'Endless Pool' swimming pool with current. We are just putting the finishing touches to the gym area and games room. The games room will shortly have a pool/table tennis/air hockey table, bean bags and library area. The gym currently has a treadmill, more equipment to come soon....The holiday cottages are situated in Baldersdale (made famous as the former home of Hannah Hauxwell), two miles from the village of Cotherstone, which has two excellent pubs and a village shop/post office. Additional amenities & feature info
Originally a grain store, its high ceilings and spaciousness are unusual for a country cottage. There is a good-sized sitting room with open stairs to the first floor which has a spacious kingsize bedroom, a twin bedroom and the bathroom. The dining room leads from the sitting room to a large separate kitchen, which includes a dishwasher.
