This Lovely 4 bed house right next to Basildon town centre. 10 min walk to the train station, 25 min walk to Basildon hospital, 15 min walk to Festival leisure centre with nice restaurants and pubs. 20 min walk to the sporting village.

It is under half an hour's drive/train ride into Southend-on-Sea for a nice day by the sea front or to Southend airport for that early morning or late evening flight.

Lakeside shopping centre is under half an hour's drive from the house & in just under an hour the C2C will take you into London.

The property is ideal for larger groups travelling together and needing to stay in the same place for convenience, contractors working away from home and large families visiting Essex.

Stayed at Broybrooke for over a month, nice clean house, close to all amenities. Tabitha could not do enough for us whilst staying at the property. 5 star service.

The house is located right by the Basildon town centre where the shopping complex has all major high street retailers, there is a big supermarket and a couple small ones for groceries shopping.

Two minutes away from the house there is a convenience shop for the late night last minute shopping.
Lakeside shopping centre is under half an hour's drive from the property.

There are really nice restaurants at the nearby festival leisure centre, a cinema, bowling and there are gyms less than 10 mins walk from the house.

Basildon Hospital is also under one mile from the house which is also a walking distance.

South Essex college - Southend Campus is only a 20 minute train ride away form Basildon.
Getting around
The A13 and A127 motorways are only a short drive from the house for ease of access to the M25 and for getting around Essex and into London.

There is a bus terminal in the town centre for busses to take you around near by towns and to Lakeside for connections to Bluewater Shopping mall.
