As we only live 10 minutes from your accommodation we are always happy to attend if there is a problem like a bulb needing replacing or the fuses have gone off. If you are new to the area we can also make suggestions of where to go of interest in North Yorkshire.

Well we had such a lovely holiday the first time we stayed that we stayed again and this time we got married whilst we were there. Still felt like home with everything we could possibly need will definitely be coming back for another stay soon. Thanks

We have just come back from a week in the esplanade apt. We are a family of 2 adults, a 5 year old and an 8 week old. The apartment was just what we needed for the 4 of us, it was lovely and clean and homey. We normally use wherever we stay when we go away as a base...

Visted 4-7 April, situated at an ideal place where u feel quite and peaceful but not even 5 mins walk from the main beach front.Very nice and clean inside will give full hygiene rating, ideal even if you are planning as a family or couples.I would completely agree with the other reviews about the hospitality and cooperation of the Owners....

Apart from peak season when Saturday is my change over day, all year round is usually Friday & Mondays but I am negotiable.

I do a couples discount during off peak times, please email for details, my short breaks are calculated as 75% of the full weeks price for the weekend break, and 80% for the four day (mon-fri) breaks.

About the neighbourhood
Scarborough is an absolutely beautiful place to choose a family holiday, originally a little fishing town which still has a lovely harbour which has been regenerated to a good standard including modern pontoons.

This area is known as the old town which is very popular for tourists with a good selection of bars, cafes, restaurants, amusements. The town is still growing with lots of well known high street shops, designer boutiques, and a good shopping mall ' The Brunwick Centre' with between 35-40 retail outlets, good if the weather changes.

The night-life is something else, quite funky and upbeat with a great selection of trendy bars, and nightclubs to dance the night away.

South cliff, which is the location of this property is a very grand area which is steeped in Victorian...
