This imaginatively designed luxury self-contained cottage near Stamford is a dreamy nest for lovebirds looking for a romantic break. a Cottage has been a barn conversion where every aspect has been planned in the smallest detail. This includes antique door fittings, a plentiful supply of seasoned logs for the wood burner, an Everhot range, period lighting and Bakelite switches, to list just a few. Wow, a great review. Next time you come you'll notice we've made a gas firepit from an up-cycled antique shrimping bucket. This write up definitely deserves a Kilner jar of marshmallows!

How to get there
Our full address is: Grange Farm Southorpe PE9 3BX There's only one road in the village, and these directions assume you'll be coming from the A47. The first landmark is a hump back bridge. Then you'll see the village sign below a pair of 30 mph signs. Grange Farm is on the left as the road bends slightly to the right. Just by the entrance, there is a small bench made from railway sleepers. You can't see the cottage from the road but go up the gravel drive. You need to open two sets of metal gates to park on the right just inside the paddock.
