Hi Mark I really appreciate your glowing review. If you come again you'll notice Burghley Mouse now has an arbour bench with a gas firepit. It's a very cosy spot for toasting marshmallows, which we include too. Thanks again. Andrew

Idyllic country get away

This stylish and comfortable Shepard’s hut over looking the beautiful countryside was an absolutely 5 star get away which I couldn’t recommend more heartily. I will definitely be coming back.

Thanks for your great reviews. Next time you come you'll notice we've made a gas firepit from an antique shrimping bucket. It's near an arbour bench and you get a Kilner jar of marshmallows and a pair of toasting forks.
