The Houseboat is a remarkable architect-designed property in a superb position, with Lake Pier and the Ham Common nature reserve in the foreground, and stunning panoramic views of Poole Harbour beyond. From every internal level this house boasts magnificent views of this area of outstanding natural beauty. The inspiration for the design comes from the upturned hull of a ship. The master bedroom benefits from access to the front garden and overlooks the heathland. On the opposite corridor is where the remaining bedrooms are located, 2nd Bedroom (2x 3ft single beds as twin or zip/link superkingsize double). Next door is the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and access to the side garden. Further along the corridor leads to the family bathroom (bath, sink and toilet) and the 3rd bedroom (2 x Bunk Beds, 4 x 3ft beds). At the end of this hallway is the 2nd master bedroom (king-size double 5ft) with en-suite (shower, sink and toilet). This bedroom has access via double doors to the side garden. Staircase to the first floor leads to an open plan fully fitted kitchen and dining area which benefits from access to the upper terrace. Across the stairway is a spacious living area with a further internal staircase to lead you up to the snug sitting area. Parking - The property benefits from parking for up to 3 vehicles to the front of the house. Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryers. Technology - Flat screen TV, DVD player. WIFI. Kitchen - Cooker, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave. Utility cupboard on ground floor includes Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer.
