This apartment is admittedly small but so much nicer than staying in a hotel. It is comfortable, very clean & has everything you would need. It is ideally situated for the Town & the marina, both within easy walking distance. And you can literally cross...More

Awesome stay.. Its very beautiful, Lovely and Peaceful stay @ VII Apartments. Memorable days. The location is amazing - the beach, shop, market, bus/train station nearby and mall is on the doorstep!

We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and comfort. It was a self catering unit with everything you needed. Highly recommend organization. Great value and service. Above and beyond!

Ipswich is one of great and ancient towns in England, nestled in the county of Suffolk. Steeped with fascinating history, it’s recognised for its football club and it’s flourishing art/culture scene. Our VII Apartments are conveniently situated in the historical Saints Quarter of Ipswich, which comprises of St Peters Street, St Nicholas Street and Silent Street. It is the main thoroughfare that runs from Ipswich Town Centre to the Waterfront. Here a diverse range of independent shops, bars, eateries and businesses are all on your doorstep. Ipswich’s cosmopolitan waterfront is a stone throw away, with a variety of bars and restaurants. Four times a week, the Ipswich market is on at the Cornhill offering lots of fresh local produce.
Getting around
For business professionals, our apartments are a 2 minute walk to Willis, 3 minutes to Suffolk Life, 5 minute to AXA and minutes away from a bus stop to get you to BT. VII Apartments are perfectly located for easy reach of public transport stations; it is only a 3 minutes stroll to the Cattle Market bus station and 5 minutes from Tower Rampart bus station. National Express coaches to London and airports depart from Cardinal Park, 2 minutes away. It is a 10 minutes walk to the mainline railway station, with regular trains to London (journey time approx 70mins), Norwich (60mins) and Cambridge (80mins). With easy access to major road links A14/A12.
