Location, location! This Exclusively Eastbourne penthouse apartment is gloriously located - just off the seafront in the popular theatre district of Eastbourne. The beach and iconic Eastbourne bandstand are literally a stone's throw away, while the town centre shops, restaurants and train station are only 5-8 minutes walk away. Bicknell House Lascelles Penthouse is part of a newly renovated, impressive Victorian villa and blends the wonderful high ceilings of a period building with tasteful contemporary furnishings. On entry, you head up a half flight of stairs to a mezzanine level, where you'll find a double bedroom and the main family bathroom (which has a bath and shower over). There is then a further half flight of stairs to reach the rest of the apartment. The master bedroom,...Location, location! The living space is open plan and includes a large, grey L-shaped sofa for relaxation in front of the TV. There is also a dining table and a fitted kitchen, complete with a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer. This apartment is ideal for larger families or for friends sharing (as with the master bedroom split into twins it offers five separate beds). WiFi is provided, plus towels and linen (however please bring your own beach towels). Parking is on street and we can provide parking permits for £1 per vehicle, per day. A modern, clean apartment with good facilities, and near to the seafront and theatres. There is no lift, but there is a wide and secure access staircase. Ideal for use by people visiting relatives in Eastbourne, but no outside space and the neighbourhood does have...More

The apartment has been recently refurbished, nice and well equipped. It can daily host up to 6 people. We really enjoyed our stay!

About the neighbourhood
Whether you fancy taking in a West End show or concert at Eastbourne's fabulous bandstand, enjoying a stroll on the pier, roller skating along the promenade or even having a go at some water sports, Eastbourne can offer it all. The charming town centre has a surprising number of excellent restaurants and a good selection of shops to while away a few hours – including a Museum of Shops. There is also the excellent contemporary Towner art gallery, plus four theatres, bars and clubs. It is also a family friendly resort – to keep the kids entertained, the Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway, Treasure Island and Fort Fun offer plenty of entertainment, including rides, crazy golf and go-karting, and there are bags of further attractions.
Getting around
It's easy to walk around the best parts of Eastbourne from the apartment, being so close to the beach, pier, town centre and bandstand. You don't need a car, but we can provide you with parking permits for just £1 per day if you do.
