One of five beautifully refurbished seafront apartments. Perfectly located opposite the beach and just a short stroll along the promenade to Eastbourne's famous pier, theatres and town centre. Our apartments are the perfect choice for seaside getaways, family holidays and for anyone working, or studying away from home.

Beachside 1 is a large ground floor studio which has an ensuite shower-room with large walk-in shower, a modern kitchen and a Victorian stain-glass window that bathes the living area with light. You can see from the photos that there is a wall dividing the kitchen and main living area; the kitchen itself has a domino hob, microwave with grill, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and all the pots, pans and crockery that you will need.

Interaction with guests
We live onsite - in the basement apartment - so will always be around if assistance is needed. When you arrive we will be here to welcome you and handover keys and you are then free to come and go as you please. We are always happy to share information and answer any questions you might have about Eastbourne; please just ask and we will do everything we can to make your stay as perfect as possible. If you want privacy, then that's not a problem either.

About the neighbourhood
What can we say, we love Eastbourne and that’s coming from two born and bred Londoners. You just need to step outside our front door and you are presented with a panoramic views of the East Sussex coastline. But there is far more to Eastbourne than just its wonderful beach, famous pier, tennis tournament and air show. The Towner Gallery, five theatres (and a bandstand) means there is always something on and throughout the year Eastbourne regularly hosts contemporary art exhibitions, West End musicals, plays, ballet, comedy acts and live bands.

For the more adventurous, we are nestled on the edge of the South Downs National Park and Beachy Head, so there are plenty of coastal walks, country rambling and cycling routes to discover.
Getting around
Eastbourne is a compact town and easy to walk around. The town centre has many branded and boutique shops, all within 10-20 minutes walk from our apartments. Alternatively, you can catch a bus from just outside our front door. There are also regular buses and trains to Hastings and Brighton (via Bexhill and Lewis) and you can even get a direct train from Eastbourne to London in under 80 minutes.

Travelling by Train/Coach - If you are coming by train or coach, then we are approximately 15-20 minutes walk from Eastbourne train station. Head up through the town centre along Terminus Road and turn left when you get to the pier. A short walk along the seafront will bring you to the Pavilion Gardens and our apartments are located directly opposite. Alternatively you can get a taxi from outside Eastbourne train station and the fare should cost no more than £5.

Travelling by Car - Follow the signs to Eastbourne seafront and turn right at the roundabout by the Sovereign Leisure Centre. After driving for approximately 1/2 a mile along the seafront, look out for the Redoubt Fortress and then the Pavilion Gardens and you will see our holiday rentals in Eastbourne on the right hand side.
