The apartment is on a small development called King's Sunset located off the Tomb of the Kings Road.
It is a ground floor spacious 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment with the swimming pool outside the front door.
The furnishings are to a very high standard with many home comforts; WiFi, flat screen TV with internet movies.
We provide towels, beach towels, hair-dryer, hair straighteners, even an electric toothbrush charger incase you forget your own! The apartment has air conditioning/heating throughout, also ceiling fans.
There is an information pack inside packed with local information and maps.
Just 10 mins walk there is a Lidl supermarket with an in-store bakery.

Excellent location to local buses, restaurants, attractions, apartment had everything we needed home from home, Sue was very helpful with everything we required, we will defiantly plan to return next year, the weather in February and March was just perfect, and going for three weeks...More

This was a fantastic apartment in every respect including the location. Everything anyone could need was available in clean and modern surroundings. Sue answered every email almost immediately with easy to understand instructions and information.

The lounge/kitchen is open plan with all mod-cons including filtered water cooler, Frappé maker, microwave and easy to use washing machine. UK TV with online films & wi-fi, books and games. Cots & baby accessories can be arranged at an additional cost.
Master bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes (plenty of hangers), en-suite shower room and patio doors leading onto the rear garden. Safety deposit box.
Second bedroom consists of two single beds and fully fitted wardrobes, patio door leads onto front terrace with table and chairs for that breakfast in the sunshine.

Within 5 minute walk from the apartment there are many bars and traditional tavernas. Whether your choice is a quite romantic meal or a lively bar with karaoke or live music, there is plenty to choose from. The infamous 'Fat Mammas' restaurant is just 10 minutes walk away. The bustling harbour of Paphos is a 5 minute drive or taxi ride away which is the hub of the town with the famous 'bar street', restaurants and shops as well as the picturesque fort. Here you can sit in a beautiful setting and watch the world go by. The beautiful beach of Coral Bay is 15 minutes drive away. Four Championship Golf Courses all nearby. Paphos Waterpark, Go-karting, Paintballing, Crazy Golf and Snooker are all nearby.
