The Hillock Residences is set back in a quiet residential area of Marsalforn yet still in close proximity of the sea front. The newly built fully air-conditioned 3rd floor apartment is artfully designed offering subdued luxury and a restful experience. It is served with lift, free underground car space and communal pool. There is also a secure underground parking area with direct internal access off all apartments' main door by passenger lifts and stairwells. The area provides a safe and tranquil locality close to convenience stores, diving centres, and other utility shops (like jet ski and bike rentals), whilst at the same time within minutes of excellent bathing areas in three bays each with their own different environments. Meanwhile the lovely countryside at the back of the apartments is a magnet for walks and biking trips, so popular with family groups. Marsalforn seafront, with its promenades, restaurants and bathing spots, is only 200 metres away and, being the main tourist spot of the island, offers a quaint old harbour crowded with traditional colourful fishing boats, good swimming, cocktail bars with live bands, and the best restaurants and cafes on the island. Apartment is being finished with the same standard as the other apartments. Photos will be uploaded shortly. Bedroom Layout Double bedrooms x 1 Single bedrooms x 2 At check in, a valid credit card is needed to complete one of the following two options in order to cover for any damages during your stay: * For just €29.50 per party, breakage waiver covers you for accidental damage of loss of equipment occurring in or your Baron Holiday Homes accommodation, so you can relax and enjoy your holiday. This non-refundable fee will cover for accidental damage up to €300. Or * Pay a fully refundable security deposit of €400 at check-in by a valid Visa or Master Card to cover any damage to your Baron Holiday Home and/or its contents. The apartment block was very clean with a lovely pool area - and the apartment itself was very spacious and modern. Situated on a quiet road with a 10 mins walk to the centre of Marsalforn and 5 mins to the nearest bus stop.
