We personally meet all our guests on arrival. We give guests our mobile numbers in case they need our help with any problems that may arise during their stay at the property.There is a €50 linen and end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival. Long term winter rentals considered (Oct- End March)

Verdemar 3,Villamartin is situated in Costa Blanca South about 60 km south of Alicante.There are several blue flag beaches all within a 5 minute drive.The closest large town is Torrevieja about 10 minutes away.There is a large shopping mall called Zenia Boulevard with 150 shops bars and restaurants only 5 minutes away by car.Three golf courses are within 2 km from the property. There is a Mercadona supermarket within a 5 minute walk, banks and La Fuente commercial centre, which has a great selection of bars and restaurants also.
Getting around
Local taxis are reasonably priced and plentiful.A local bus service operates to the beaches and Zenia Boulevard.Bicycle hire is also available locally.
