Casa Tranquila is a detached private villa 20 minutes drive to the west of Faro airport. Situated a short drive outside Loule, an historical market town hosting shops, restaurants and markets. Local Portuguese bar 0.7 km and restaurant 3km. Accessed via electric gates, there is ample parking to the front. The property boasts spectacular panoramic views across the rolling hills to the north and coastal views of the Algarve to the south. Beaches and golf courses are all within an easy drive in 15-20 minutes.

The Villa comprises 4 bedrooms. Amazing villa with gorgeous views. Pool area is extremely spacious with lots of sunbeds/umbrellas provided. Lovely area for outside dining. Everything you need is provided. Beautiful extremely large bathrooms. Although up in the hills, a car would be useful for day trips, but for us, as we were there to chill out, was not essential - taxis are readily available...

Great 2 weeks at a super villa. Up in the hills, but only 4 miles from Loule and approx 6 miles from Villamoura. Spectacular views and peaceful. Villa caters for everything. 4x doubles bedrooms. About the neighbourhood
Loule is a charming old market town hosting the recently restored Loule Municipal Market where fresh fruit and vegetables can be bought and sold, together with fish, meat and delicatessen products, as well as other food stuffs and non-food products.

There are the remains of a castle dating back to the 12th century. This Arab castle was severely damaged by the earthquake that occurred in 1755 but within the remaining walls is a museum which explains the past grandeur of the caste. There are also several restaurants within the old castle walls.
