The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a steamer, a kettle, a freezer, drip and caps coffee machines, and a microwave. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, stereo with CD, MP3, Bluetooth and internet access. All floors are made of massive oak. The stairs are original (XVII century) and are quite steep, not recommanded for person with reduced mobility. The whole apartment is carefully decorated with good taste and minimal style, ensuring a cosy and zen-like peaceful atmosphere for your stay. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are outsite parking facilities available in the street and a private parking at 100 m from the apartment. - Pets are not allowed at the property. Please do not make noice after 10 PM to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood En Français: Situé à quelques pas de la Place Sainte-Catherine dans le quartier Dansaert, ce magnifique loft duplex (120m²) datant du 17ème siècle est situé dans le quartier le plus éclectique de la ville, alliant tradition et tendances, et concentrant une grande diversité d'évènements culturels, boutiques en tout genre, restaurants et bars. Il se situe en bordure du piétonnier et à 500 m de la Grand Place. Vous entrez dans l'appartement par un corridor (serviture) qui relie plusieurs entités. Vous bénéficiez ainsi d’un appartement au calme absolu et situé dans le quartier le plus tendance de la capitale. L' appartement comporte 4 lits ( 1 double, 2 simples et 1 sofa convertible 2 places) Au premier étage : 2 chambres avec entrées séparées, 1 toilette séparée, 1 salle de bain (2 lavabos, douche séparée, baignoire avec douchette). Au deuxième étage, 1 grand espace: salon avec un divan-lit et 4 fauteuil, salle à manger, et cuisine aménagée et bar. Tous les planchers sont en chêne massif. Les escaliers sont d'origine du 17 eme siècle et assez raides, inaptes pour une personne à mobilité réduite. Veuillez ne pas faire de bruit après 10h du soir pour respecter la tranquillité des habitants
