1 of 36
Farmhouse -
13 Bedrooms , 10 Bathrooms , Sleeps 30
Longnor, Peak District National Park, England
Lapwing Barns is in a fabulous rural position, it is a tranquil haven, a perfect place to unwind and gather with friends and family and get away from it all. Located on the Derbyshire/Staffordshire border the property benefits from wonderful views across the picturesque countryside. The recently renovated barns have been transformed from a traditional farmhouse and stables to a luxurious venue with particular attention being paid to interior design. The property is designed in a contemporary, relaxing style with carefully coordinated fabrics and furnishings.

Whilst the clever conversion offers one large dwelling which provides a fantastic large dining and communal space for up to 26 (plus 4) there is also a separate annex (within 10 metres or so from the main building) providing in total thirteen bedrooms and nine bathrooms/en suites - n...

About the neighbourhood
Lapwing is situated two miles from the the beautiful Peak village of Longnor is located on the Staffordshire Moorlands between the River Dove to the East and the River Manifold to the West, making it an ideal location to see this stunning area. The village has numerous shops, a post office, excellent craft centre and a tea-room, and the village church is also of interest. The old cobbled market square is in the heart of the village and its history can be found on a board outside the market hall that shows the charges that stall holders used to pay.
