The apartment is on the first floor with elevator; it is 140 sqm wide and consists of an entrance way, three bedrooms (two bedrooms can be arranged either as double or twin; the third bedroom is a single bedroom on the mezzanine floor), three bathrooms (three showers and one bathtub), a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with TV and a dining table. Furthermore, there are one divan-bed in the living room and one chair-bed in the single bedroom. The floor of the rooms is in parquet or terracotta tiles.

“Perfect Tuscan experience”

This apartment was perfect for us in so many ways! Our booking was seamless. Tomaso could not have been easier to work with - He was so responsive to my many questions. I was traveling with my mother (80) and another couple (59) who all had only been to Italy on a tour, this was their first "stay". The location...

We were a group of four ladies staying here for 4 nights in August. The apartment has three bedrooms and three baths and was more than enough room. It was exactly as advertised and we couldn't ask for a better location. It is a short walk to the train station and all major sites. We were able to walk everywhere....

The location is perfect for walking to every place you want to see in Firenze, and is walking distance from the train station. The apartment is spacious and comfy, perfect for a family or 2 couples.
